Detailed Selling Lead DescriptionMicronized wax is an important additive in plastics processing, mainly used to improve the surface properties, processing fluidity and mechanical properties of plastics. (1) Lubrication Internal lubrication: reduce the viscosity of the melt, improve the processing fluidity, reduce energy consumption (e.g. injection moulding, extrusion). External lubrication: prevent the melt from adhering to the mould, reduce precipitation and scaling, and improve mould release. (2) Surface modification Improvement of gloss: make the surface of products smoother and brighter (e.g. PVC film, sheet). Anti-scratch: added to engineering plastics (e.g. ABS, PC) to reduce surface scratches. (3) Dispersing additives Help pigments and fillers to disperse evenly (e.g. colour masterbatch, functional masterbatch). (4) Anti-adhesion Prevent film and sheet from sticking between layers (e.g. PE cling film, BOPP film). (5) Abrasion resistance Improve the abrasion resistance of engineering plastics (e.g. nylon, POM).
