We are a munafacturer of steel investment castings ,aluminium castings,cast irom and grey iron castigns with high quality and competitive price.Due to precision request we apply lost wax (silica sol) process and water glass process for our steel investment castings.The surface of castings is Ra1.6-6.3,the weight is from 5g to 100kg.We provide OEM service for all our clients .We make castings according to your drawings or samples.We dear with marine hardware,auto parts,pump parts ,machinery parts and flange and so on.
We have our own machine shop ,do the second process of our castings .Usually tolerance can be +/-0.02--+/-0.05.
In our factory,we have spectrometer machine to control chemical components of castign,and three dimensional machine to control imensions.We have yeas experience for export .Of course we have ISO certificate.
